Change feels chaotic because we experience it all at once. This workshop gives you a framework for separating what is happening from how you feel about it — so you can see clearly and respond intentionally.
Who This Is For
Women facing a specific transition — career, family, technology, community role — or simply wanting to build the skill of seeing change clearly before it arrives. No prerequisites.
What You Will Learn
Session 1: Mapping the Landscape You will learn to separate three things that often blur together: the external change, your internal response, and the choices available to you. A simple framework that works for any situation — from a new technology at work to a shift in family dynamics.
Session 2: From Map to Movement Once you can see the landscape, you can navigate it. You will build a personal change map for something real in your life — with concrete next steps, support structures, and a timeline that respects your pace.
The Framework
Change Mapping is built on a simple question: What is actually changing? Not what you fear is changing. Not what everyone says is changing. What is observably different, and what does that difference mean for you specifically.
Most people skip the observation step. They go straight to reaction. This workshop is about inserting a pause — a moment of assessment — between the event and the response. Two sessions. One framework you will use for the rest of your life.
